what is this space sim?

I was JUST at EB Games today and was looking at a game, but I completely have a brain block on it. I tlooked pretty good. Not an old game, seems a few months(maybe weeks) new. It had three species in it. The Inquisitors, Defiance and the Allaice(?) or the Humans whatever they were called. Anyone know what Im talking about? The ships supposedly have DNA that can be modified throughout the game and they all have different charectaritics and strengths, etc. based on how you go through in the game.what is this space sim?
Drak Star? Eve?Those are the only... newer space sims I know. (Eve isn%26#39;t a retail game thuogh) what is this space sim?

Yeah! Genisis Rising..that was it..damn it seems buggy as hell.. It looks sooooooo good though. And it really is, except for the bugs as I see... Im aching for a new space sim..(well for a couple) I love space sims, and they arent making enough good ones.
