changing oblivions language

I cannot uninstall Oblivion, as I tried everything and I still get the uninstalling error.  Anyway, the games language is at Italian, and im pretty angry, cause well, I cannot read Italian.  I do not want to go through the whole darn hassle of uninstalling it again, so is there a way to change the language?
