GTA Vice City (2 Questions)

Okay I have two questions for the pc version of GTA Vice City. What is the easiet way to make it have sound if you have one that doesn%26#39;t have sound for some strange reason? and.... How do you install a mod on it ???? I%26#39;m clueless.... GTA Vice City (2 Questions)

Ummmm buddy I got this computer from my friend after I traded him my laptop and I just now found Vice City on here. I tried to play it and there was no sound. I didn%26#39;t do anything illegal to get it. If you don%26#39;t want to help me that is fine.
Technically getting a computer with software installed is illegal.And if it does not have sound, just the radio music is missing right? Then your friend DLed the illegal version.
Well I didn%26#39;t know all I know is I wanted to play it because I found it on here. I%26#39;ve had the computer nearly a month now and it has so much memory on it that I had to look hard to even find out that I had this game and like 3 others saved on it.  None of the sound works. How much is a legal copy at the stores ??? If I can even find one. 
It should be around $10. 
Do you have other games on the computer that the sounds work on?

Maybe I can find it at Walmart lmao !!! I%26#39;m probably not going to find it there. I do have a question for you though. Do you think San Andreas would run on my computer if I have these specs... AMD Anthlon (tm)  64 Processor 3700 + 2.21 GHz , 1.37GB RAm and then I have another that is the same and they are both built together so basically I have two times what I just said in one computer how ever that works.  
Yes I have other ones that the sound works for.

sounds like bad installation (may cause sometimes of hacked/pirate version) i only can suggest is to find other good installation
